Key Holding & Alarm Response

As key holders to your premises we will respond to your out of hours alarm activations, this includes weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year making sure a key holder is always contactable by your alarm company and you and your staff are safe from being called out.

On arrival to an alarm activation we will carry our an external, visual patrol first prior to entering. Once the activated zone has been ascertained we can investigate further. If the customer requirement is to be contacted, we will from our 24hr control room. In most cases we will leave a pro-forma on site for your perusal on the next day.
